Metal Building Outlet sent the building kit for this pre-engineered metal garage to a client in Breckenridge, Colorado, in November 2024.

The steel garage’s spacious, clear-span design spans 864 square feet and can accommodate up to three vehicles comfortably, with high, 12’ ceilings creating additional space for automotive or traditional storage. A 216-square-foot mezzanine creates additional room upstairs, allowing for the addition of an office, home gym, hobby area or other type of functional space.

Bright and inviting, the metal garage has five large windows in two sizes letting in natural sunlight, while three doors offer easy access to cars, trucks, snowmobiles or other assets.
