Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated metal building in Reno, Nevada, in February of 2022.

Supplied for a repeat-Metal Building Outlet customer, the insulated, energy-efficient metal building serves miscellaneous purposes and features premium-quality steel construction. When raised, it is 80’x40’x14’ in size and has a clear-span design, and overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a modest 1:12 pitch provides protection from the elements.

The steel building has (13) framed openings for doors, windows, and skylights distributed throughout. Included are (2) 3070 openings holding (2) 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks and (1) 10’x12’ overhead door opening. Also included are (2) 4040 window framed openings and (8) 3’x10’ roof skylights, allowing plenty of natural light inside.

An insulation package keeps heating and cooling costs low, with 6” of WMP-VRR-faced R-19 insulation in the roof of the metal building and 4” of WMP-VRR-faced R-13 insulation installed in the walls. A 120-mph wind speed rating and a 21-PSF roof snow are additional features included in compliance with local building codes.
