Custom-designed to accommodate future enhancements and the business’s needs, the metal commercial building covers more than 14,700 square feet. Inside, it has plenty of room for storing equipment, machinery or inventory, functioning as a warehouse or industrial space, or acting as a showroom, retail room or other type of commercial enterprise, among other potential uses.

High R-value fiberglass insulation systems line the roof and walls, with an R-38 banded insulation system lining the roof and another R-25 fiberglass insulation system installed in the walls. A spandrel beam with deflections is another key customization that allows for the eventual addition of stone or stucco enhancements, and four dormers and three bump outs create additional usable space while adding architectural interest to the exterior.
