Insulated Pre-Engineered Metal Shop in Mesa, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet delivered the kit for this prefabricated custom steel shop to a client in Mesa, Arizona, in August 2023.
Spacious and versatile, the building has an open floorplan and high ceilings that maximize usable space. The shop has (9) 6’x3’ windows allowing plenty of natural light inside, and it also has 2’ overhangs on all sides, which create covered outdoor space while protecting the exterior walls from moisture and damage.
Installed in the roof and walls during erection were 3” of R-10 metal building insulation, which slash heating and cooling bills while guarding against condensation and keeping interior temperatures comfortable and consistent. The shop also features a 5’ below-eave canopy, among other noteworthy upgrades.
