Metal Building Outlet secured this prefabricated steel accessory building for a client in Hollister, California, in December 2025.
Designed to match and support an existing building already onsite, this new metal building provides 5,000 square feet of column-free interior space ideal for use as a storage area, workspace, garage, or office or breakroom, among other potential uses. Durable and easy to raise, the building features high 16’ ceilings that create additional storage or work space, and installed in the roof are 3.25” of fiberglass insulation with White VRR facing.
While the insulation helps prevent heated or cooled air from escaping, reducing reliance on HVAC systems and lowering monthly energy expenses, it also helps improve sound control and limit condensation, making it a smart and valuable addition to the building. On the outside, the metal accessory building boasts Sahara Tan paint with a complementing Burnished Slate roof and trim, resulting in nice street appeal and a contemporary, eye-catching look.
