Metal Buildings in Power, Montana

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) prefabricated metal buildings in Power, Montana, in January of 2022.

Offering unparalleled strength and durability, the heavily insulated and highly energy-efficient metal buildings are comprised of sustainable, long-lasting steel parts and serve miscellaneous purposes. The first building, Building A, is 50’x90’x16’ in size, while Buildings B and C are equal in size, with both standing 16’x90’x16’/10’8” once raised.

All (3) metal buildings feature attractive, painted exteriors, and each has a rugged steel roof with a 4:12 pitch overhead, although Building A’s roof has a monitor design, while the roofs of Buildings B and C have gable designs. There is also 4’ of wainscoting surrounding the buildings, enhancing their curb appeal.

Distributed among the (3) pre-engineered steel buildings are (16) framed door and window openings. Included are (8) 6020 window openings, (1) 18’x12’ opening, (1) 12’x12’ opening, and (2) 3070 openings housing (2) 20-gauge 3070 insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks. Also included are (2) 3030 window openings, (1) 8’x10’ overhead door opening and (1) 16’x16’ overhead door opening.

A high R-value, highly effective insulation system is another notable project feature, with each steel building featuring an R-38 Energy Saver insulation system in its roof and an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system in its walls. The insulation package also includes thermal break tape and accessories to use during installation.

The (3) metal buildings also comply with all local building and engineering codes, boasting 115-mph wind speed ratings and 32-psf snow loads.
