Highly customized and heavily insulated, the durable, energy-efficient steel building now serves as a storage building and offers unmatched structural integrity, resulting in reliable protection for goods housed inside. When raised, the metal storage building is 40’x90’x10’ in size and features an open, unobstructed exterior that maximizes storage space.

The steel storage building has (4) door and window openings distributed throughout, which include (2) 8’x8’ door openings, (1) 10’x9’ overhead door opening, (4) 6’x3’ window openings, and (1) 3’x7’ opening for a walk door. The building also features a high-performance insulation system, with an 8”, R-25 insulation system installed on the roof and a 6”, R-19 insulation system installed in the walls. The roof and wall insulation also has heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing, which helps protect it while enhancing the interior appearance of the storage building.

A 5’-tall liner panel serves as another customization, and the steel storage building also has a 30-PSF roof snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating in line with local building codes.
