The first of (2) buildings purchased by the same customer, this structure features rugged, reliable steel construction and is now in use as a shop. Once erect, the building has a high overhead clearance and a broad, clear-span design. Overhead, the metal shop has a heavy-duty Galvalume steel roof, and (9) framed openings in a range of sizes serve as additional customizations. A recommended snow load and wind speed rating are additional customizations that boost durability and adhere to appropriate engineering code requirements.
