Offering superior strength and durability, the attractive, Ash Gray-colored metal building has complementing Hawaiian Blue trim and stands 40’x40’x15.5’ in size once erect. In use as a shop, the insulated, energy-efficient steel building offers optimal structural integrity and has a broad clear span that eliminates interior supports, leaving plenty of open space for work or storage needs.
Covering the climate-controlled steel shop is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof, and (6) door and window openings are additional customizations. The steel shop also has 4” of fiberglass insulation in its walls and 6” of insulation in its roof. The insulation has heavy-duty WMP-VRR Plus facing applied to the interior-facing side, which helps protect the insulation and prevent condensation.
Other climate-related features added in compliance with local building code requirements include a 28-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
