Metal Workshop Building in Peyton, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal workshop in Peyton, Colorado, in October of 2016.

Energy efficient and designed for the climate of the region, the durable, low-maintenance building stands 200’x250’x16’ in size and now serves as a workshop for its owner. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, it is covered overhead by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.

The shop building contains (2) 14’x16’ framed openings, and it also features R-10 insulation in its roof and walls. In addition to considerably reducing energy costs associated with the structure, the insulation enhances interior comfort year-round. A wind speed rating of 125 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. are additional project elements and were added in consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns common throughout the region.

A census-designated place in central Colorado’s El Paso County, Peyton lies about 49 miles outside Limon and 27 miles from Yoder.
