Energy efficient and built to last, the durable, economical metal building now serves as a shop and features a Brown exterior with matching trim. Once raised, the metal shop building is 40’x40’x16’ in size and features high ceilings and a wide clear span that maximize usable space.

Overhead, a Mocha Tan-colored gable roof with a modest 3:12 pitch offers protection from the Colorado elements, and (6) framed door and window openings are additional customizations. Distributed throughout the steel shop are (1) 3’x7’ walk door opening, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening, (1) 16’x8’ overhead door opening and (3) 3’x3’ windows.

An insulation package keeps heating and colling bills low and building users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures or climate conditions. The roof of the building and all walls have 4” of R-13 insulation installed inside. A high, 130-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf roof snow load are additional enhancements made in accordance with local building codes.
