Metal Building Outlet sourced this premanufactured steel workshop for a client in Paradise, California, in May of 2019.

Now in operation as a shop, the rugged, long-lasting steel building offers a finished size of 26’x30’x14’. Comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, the workshop offers unparalleled structural integrity, and a hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the workshop from above.

Notable metal workshop features include (6) framed openings varying in terms of size and function, among them (1) 10’x10’ opening, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (3) 3030 window openings that let natural sunlight enter the work space. Other customizations include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load; accommodations made in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of Paradise’s typical climate patterns.

Situated within the Sierra Nevada foothills above the northeastern Sacramento Valley, Paradise falls within the borders of Butte County. The site of a major recent wildfire, Paradise lies about 8 miles east of Chico and about 10 miles outside Oroville.
