Pair of Multipurpose Prefabricated Metal Buildings in Townsend, Montana

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pair of multipurpose prefabricated metal buildings for a client in Townsend, Montana, sending the building kits to the west-central Montana community in December 2023.

Engineered to meet the client’s needs and the climate demands of Montana, the rugged, fire-resistant steel buildings include one main metal building and an attached metal lean-to, both of which have heavy wind and snow loads that meet local building code requirements. Together, the buildings give the owner 2,000 square feet of unobstructed interior space to use for storage, as a work space or to accommodate any number of different needs.

Steel building customizations include seven large windows (5 4’x2’ windows and 2 4’x4’ windows), which allow natural light to brighten up the space while creating a functional, welcoming environment inside. The buildings also boast Charcoal Red exterior walls and Patriot Red roofs and trim packages that give them nice curb appeal and a clean, polished appearance.

Metal Building Outlet also delivered an engineered foundation design plan along with the building kits to ensure a strong foundation and enhance the stability of the metal buildings.
