Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered metal building on behalf of a customer in Odessa, Missouri, in September of 2020.

The building is highly customized in line with the buyer’s needs and insulated to make it energy efficient, it currently undergoes use as a shop. Rugged and built to last, the building features a broad clear span, and overhead, it has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof. Offering access inside the metal workshop are (11) framed door and window openings varying in size. In its roof, it contains a layers of insulation, which keeps energy expenses low while creating a more comfortable environment. Other notable accommodations were included which comply with local engineering code requirements and enhance overall durability.

Part of the Kansas City metro area, Odessa is part of Missouri’s Lafayette County. It sits about 45 minutes outside Downtown Kansas City and about three hours, by car, from St. Louis.
