Metal Building in Oakland, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Oakland, Iowa in mid-February of 2021.

Durable, highly customized and resistant to damage caused by weather, pests and other hazards, the steel building currently functions as a shop and is 60’x120’x18’ once raised. It has a broad clear span and high ceilings that accommodate car lifts or other large equipment, and overhead, it features a heavy-duty Galvalume steel gable roof.

Distributed throughout the metal shop are (9) framed door openings. Other notable metal building customizations include a full-width partition wall and 4’ of wainscot along all exterior walls, which enhance the shop’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. Engineered to comply with the building codes in place in the Oakland area, the metal building also boasts a 25-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
