Metal Building Outlet supplied this spacious metal building in Nixa, Missouri, in early April of 2015.

Now a manufacturing center for Nixa-based 3 Best Friends, LLC the durable, low-maintenance and large-scale steel building stands 175’x225’x24.75’ in size and is crafted from premium Nucor Building Systems components. Overhead is a rugged Galvalume roof with a 0.75:12 roof pitch.

Building features include (15) framed openings, (12) of which are 14’x14’ and (3) of which house 3070 heavy-duty steel walk doors for convenient user access. Nixa and the surrounding area receive considerable precipitation throughout the year, although much of it is in the form of rain. In consideration of the region’s characteristic climate and weather patterns, a wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs. were included during construction.

Located in southern Missouri’s Christian County, Nixa sits about 12 miles from Springfield and 6 miles from Ozark.
