Steel Buildings in New Braunfels, Texas
Metal Building Outlet supplied these commercial steel buildings to New Braunfels, Texas, in 2019.
The buildings were designed to function as the new campus of Tinker & Rasor. The company was relocating from its location of 70 years in California to Texas to expand its operations. The project consisted of two joined structures that formed one large building, a campus consisting of a manufacturing facility and administrative offices.
This project was directed by MBO project manager, Christina Logan. With her expertise in designing expansive metal buildings that require in-depth knowledge of steel framework and the requirements of large-scale buildings, she guided this project with perfection. Ms. Logan successfully formulated a comparative analysis of the red iron framework with detailed metal infrastructure, which aided in the combined building and construction applications.
Considered part of Greater San Antonio, the city of New Braunfels is located in both Comal and Guadalupe counties. The community sits about 32 miles outside downtown San Antonio and about 40 miles east of Helotes.
