Supplied for an exterior restoration and waterproofing firm operating in the Tri-State area, the insulated, highly energy-efficient metal building has high ceilings and a wide clear span that make the most of available floorspace. Hawaiian Blue exterior walls and Cool White trim give the commercial building nice curb appeal, and (27) framed windows ensure plenty of sunlight gets inside to brighten up the interior.

The building has a #7 collateral load so it can easily accommodate HVAC ducts and a hanging sprinkler system, and a high-performance insulation system in the roof and walls boosts energy efficiency while making the building well-suited for year-round use. The roof contains a high R-value, R-49 long-tab insulation system, while the walls hold an R-25 Energy Saver insulation system.

Metal Building Outlet also included an engineer-stamped foundation design with the building kit to streamline the process of pouring the foundation.
