Durable, sustainable and economical, the building is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant steel components and stands 50’x120’x18’ in size once erect. High overhead clearance and a clear span design enhance functionality, and overhead, the building sports a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant steel gable roof with a slight 1:12 pitch.
Providing access inside the steel building are (5) framed door openings, among them (2) 14’x14’ overhead door openings and (2) 3’x7’ framed door openings. The metal building also has gutters and downspouts installed along its front side wall, which divert moisture away from the roof and the building’s foundation.
Additional accommodations made with regard for the climate characteristics and building codes in place at the jobsite include a 29-psf snow load and a 120-mph wind speed rating.
