Metal Workshop in Monteview, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet procured this preconstructed metal workshop building for a client in Monteview, Idaho, in late April of 2018.

Hardwearing, reliable and built to last the long haul, the building stands 62’x208’x21’ in size and features an open, clear-span design ideal for performing work and storing gear. Light Stone in color, the building now functions as a shop, and it is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, delivering unmatched strength and durability.

Protecting the interior of the shop from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and the steel workshop also features several enhancements made with the wind patterns and sometimes heavy seasonal snowfall of the Monteview area in mind. These include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 50-pound snow load.

A small, unincorporated community located within eastern Idaho’s Jefferson County, Monteview sits roughly 10 miles outside the shores of Mud Lake. The community lies roughly 60 miles north of Shelley and about 57 miles west (by car) of St. Anthony.
