Now operating as a shop, the building stands an expansive 60’x170’x18’ in size, and it boasts a clear-span design that provides an open, accessible work environment. A rugged, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels offers protection from above and has a 1:12 roof pitch, while (11) windows and doors enhance accessibility further while allowing natural sunlight inside. Included are (5) 12’x14’ openings, (3) 3’x3’ windows and (3) 3070 openings for walk doors.

Spacious and easy to maintain, the metal shop requires little more than an occasional power wash to maintain its exterior curb appeal. It also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load, which equip it even further for life in Ohio’s variable climate.
