Pre-Engineered Metal Storage Building in Littleton, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this prefabricated steel storage building, sending the metal building kit for the project to Littleton, Colorado, in May 2023.

Used for storage, the building has high ceilings and a wide clear span that maximize space for goods or large equipment. It has five main entry points, which include two traditional walk doors and three overhead garage doors that make it easy to move items of any size in and out.

Functional and practical on the inside and attractive and modern on the outside, the metal storage building features a painted roof and walls, while 2’ eave and gable extensions add architectural interest to the structure while creating usable covered outdoor storage space. Several large windows allow natural light inside, and the building also boasts high wind and snow loads to meet local building codes and enhance durability during inclement weather.

Metal Building Outlet also included a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan along with the building kit to streamline the process of pouring the foundation and maximize the storage building’s structural integrity.
