This building provided by Metal Building Outlet for a client in Wellington, Nebraska, in December of 2022, is now a shop.

Burnished Slate in color with a combination of Fern Green and Solar White trim, the metal shop building complies with building codes in place in the region and features an upgraded wind speed rating in consideration of the region’s typical climate characteristics. The shop building has an open, clear-span design and high ceilings that maximize usable space, and an insulation package makes it well suited for year-round use while lowering the building’s heating and cooling bills.

There are 6″ of R-19 insulation in the walls and 9.5″ of R-19 insulation in the roof, all of which has white polypropylene facing helping it protect the blankets from moisture. The steel shop also has a durable Galvalume-Plus gable roof with gutters and downspouts along it that divert rain or snow away from the building and building foundation.
