Metal Building Outlet delivered on all counts, sending this Light Stone-colored metal shop and warehouse with Burnished Slate trim to the owner’s erection site in May of 2023. Spacious and open inside, the shop and warehouse has a wide clear span and high ceilings that maximize storage space.
The steel warehouse has (6) door openings throughout in two different sizes, (4) of which are large enough for vehicles, lifts and other oversize goods. MBO also supplied an Iowa engineer-stamped foundation plan with this building purchase, including special engineering accommodations for the warehouse’s load pad.
