Metal Shop & Lean-To in Ducktown, Tennessee
Metal Building Outlet delivered the building kits for this metal shop building and attached lean-to to Ducktown, Tennessee, in late July of 2023.
Well-lit thanks to multiple windows and spacious thanks to the addition of a 35’x16’8” interior mezzanine, the shop has a modern, contemporary look and a versatile, well-appointed interior. The outside of the building has 2’ overhangs along all sides, which protect the exterior walls while creating covered outdoor space.
The (10) windows distributed throughout include (5) 3’x4’ windows and (5) 2’x3’ windows and let plenty of natural light and warmth inside, leading to lower energy bills during the colder months. In addition to the components for the building kits, themselves, Metal Building Outlet also supplied a Tennessee engineer-stamped foundation plan for this project, helping ensure a strong, reliable foundation and a long lifespan for the building.
