Delivered by Metal Building Outlet to a client in Rathdrum, Idaho, in December 2022, this building is now in use as a shop.

Spacious and open, the building has high ceilings, a clear span and an attached, 15’x50’ roof-only metal lean-to with a 4:12 roof pitch, creating both indoor and outdoor covered space to work or store goods. The main building features partial, 8’ walls on all four sides, and both side walls feature 2’ overhangs that create additional covered outdoor space.

A high R-value, R-30 roof insulation system is another notable inclusion, and the insulation blankets feature WMP-VRR vinyl-facing on the interior-facing side along with double-seal taped tabs. High wind and snow loads make the steel shop well-suited for life in Idaho’s unpredictable climate, while the roof insulation helps keep the shop’s interior temperatures consistent and comfortable for year-round use.
