Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel shop for a buyer in Clements, California, in August of 2022.

The buyer needed a versatile, unobstructed space to use for storage, work and more, and Metal Building Outlet worked closely with the client to ensure his vision came to fruition. The steel shop building has a wide clear span that creates plenty of open space for work or storage, and door openings in various sizes make it easy to move large goods in and out.

The buyer purchased 4” of R-13 insulation for installation into the roof during the building’s erection, which saves quite a bit of money compared to insulating it later on through a retrofit job. The metal shop also features 20’ of painted window trim, boosting its exterior appeal.
