Pair of Metal Buildings in Houston, Texas

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings on behalf of a client in Houston, Texas, in late March of 2018.

Ash Gray in color and comprised of premium-quality steel components, the (2) buildings together create a shop. Durable, economical and built to last, the first building stands 60’x93’x2.5’ in size and features a hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, while the second building stands 27’x60’x24.5’ in size, while its Galvalume roof features an 8:12 pitch.

Both buildings offer unobstructed, clear-span designs, increasing versatility, and distributed between them are (4) 12’x14’ framed openings that allow for easy accessibility inside. A 130-mph wind speed rating serves as a supplemental feature; an addition made in consideration of the strong tropical storm and occasional hurricane activity that sometimes comes through Houston and the surrounding region.

The most populated city in Texas, Houston falls within eastern Texas’ Harris County. The city lies about 239 miles outside Dallas and about 50 miles northwest of Galveston.
