Durable and structurally sound, the metal building now functions as a shop and stands 38’x30’x18’ when raised. It has a clear span that does not require interior supports or columns, and it also has (2) attached steel lean-tos, both of which are 12’x30’x10’.
Overhead, the metal shop features a corrosion-resistant painted gable monitor roof with a 3:12 pitch, and (9) framed door and window openings are additional customizations. Found throughout the building are (1) 10’x12’ opening, (1) 8’x8’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening and (6) framed window openings that allow natural sunlight inside.
Engineered to stand strong in Colorado’s variable climate, the metal shop building also boasts a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf snow load.
