Metal Building Outlet delivered this prefabricated steel building to a business owner in Tampa, Florida, in December 2022.

Used as a shop by a residential and commercial fencing contractor, the clear-span steel industrial building has a high wind load in consideration of the Tampa area’s heavy storm activity. It also has 4” of fiberglass insulation installed in its roof, helping keep employees comfortable despite the region’s high humidity.

Insulated walk doors make the building even more energy-efficient, and high ceilings and an unobstructed interior leave plenty of room for storing fencing materials and other business assets.
