Metal Buildings in Vale, Oregon

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pair of prefabricated metal buildings in Vale, Oregon, in late April of 2021.

Now serving agricultural purposes, the (2) insulated, highly energy-efficient buildings have open, clear-span designs and offer unmatched strength and durability thanks to premium-quality steel construction. The first metal farm building is 40’x60’x16’ once raised, while the second, a steel lean-to, stands 20’x60’x14.9’/12’. Both metal agricultural buildings are also Light Stone in color with nicely complementing Sandstone-colored trim.

Offering protection from above are hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs, the first metal farm building’s roof has a gable design and the second structure, a single-slope roof design. Distributed between the metal agricultural building and steel lean-to are (6) framed door and window openings. The buildings also feature high-performance insulation packages that lower energy bills and keep their interiors comfortable for year-round use. In the roofs are R-30 banded insulation systems, while the walls contain 6” of R-19 insulation. The insulation blankets also have heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing protecting them against moisture and damage.

Both agricultural buildings also have 102-mph wind speed ratings and 21-psf snow loads in adherence to local building and engineering codes.
