Attractive, economical and highly customized, the metal home features numerous upgrades throughout and has a striking, Carlsbad Canyon-colored exterior with matching architectural trim. When raised, the metal residence is an expansive 40’x50’x11’, and overhead, the home features a complementing Burgundy-colored gable roof with a modest 4:12 pitch.

Attached to the steel home is a 12’x25’ roof-only metal lean-to, which creates a dry, covered space for the property owner to work, store goods or otherwise use as needed. There are also (8) framed door and window openings distributed throughout the property, which include (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening, (1) 3’6”x8.1 ¾” steel framed opening, and (6) window openings in several different sizes that allow natural light inside.

A 5-pound wall collateral load on the wall allows the steel home to support additional weight, and several climate-related customizations, among them a 115-mph wind rating and a 25-psf roof snow load, keep the home compliant with local building and engineering code requirements.
