Metal Building Outlet delivered this pre-engineered metal building in Petersburg, Alaska, in March of 2021.

Featuring an attractive, painted exterior, the metal building is 40’x80’x20’ and has a wide clear span and high overhead clearance that maximize usable space. The building has Black architectural trim that boosts its exterior aesthetics, and it also has a Black gable roof with a 3:12 pitch offering protection from above.

There are (5) framed door openings in a variety of different sizes offering access inside. Distributed throughout the steel building are (1) 3070 walk door framed opening, (1) 14’x14’ opening housing (1) 14’x14’ Amarr Series 2412 insulated overhead sectional door, (1) 16’x16’ opening housing (1) 16’x16’ Amarr Series 2412 insulated overhead sectional door and (1) 12’x12’ framed door opening holding (1) 12’x12’ Amarr Series 2412 insulated overhead sectional door.

In consideration of the climate characteristics of the Petersburg area and the heavy seasonal snowfall seen throughout the region, the metal building also has a high, 60-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
