Featuring attractive, Light Stone exteriors with complementing Fern Green trim, the buildings offer superior strength and durability. The main metal building, which functions as a shop, is 60’x80’x20’ in size, and is equipped with an attached metal lean-to is 24’x80’x20’/16’. Overhead, both structures boast hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Fern Green gable roofs with 2:12 pitches.
The shop’s right end wall has 4’ of Fern Green wainscoting, boosting the main building’s curb appeal, and (5) framed door and window openings are additional features. Found between the (2) steel buildings are (1) 24’x18’ framed opening, (2) 3070 walk door framed openings and (2) 5030 framed window openings.
Both structures also feature 17.5-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in adherence to the building and engineering codes currently in place in Manhattan.
