Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this prefabricated metal building in Las Vegas, Nevada, in mid-June of 2020.

Energy efficient and structurally sound, the building stands 60’x100’x16’ in size and now serves storage purposes. Comprised of rugged, top-quality steel parts, it offers optimal protection for items stored inside, and it has high overhead ceilings that maximize available storage space.

The roof of the steel storage building has a slight 1.5:12 pitch and helps guard against corrosion, and (9) framed openings ranging in size offer access inside. Included are (2) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors, (6) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (6) 12’x14’ overhead doors and (1) 14’x14’ opening equipped with (1) 14’x14’ door.

In its roof and walls, the shop has R-10 fiberglass insulation, which creates a more comfortable interior while keeping stored goods at consistent temperatures. Colored gutters and downspouts serve as additional features that help enhance durability by keeping moisture from collecting on or near the storage building.

A 115-wind speed rating serves as an additional customization made in compliance with building codes in place in Las Vegas.
