Spacious and versatile, the painted steel warehouse has a wide clear span and high ceilings that maximize storage space. A hardy Galvalume gable roof with commercial grade gutters and downspouts sits overhead, and 3’ of wainscoting with transition trim surrounds the exterior, boosting the warehouse’s curb appeal.

Keeping interior temperatures comfortable and energy bills low are layers of R-13 insulation in the roof and walls. The insulation has rugged WMP-VRR+ facing on one side, which helps protect the fiberglass blankets from condensation and damage.

Fabricated to meet or exceed the building code requirements in place in New Braunfels, the metal warehouse building also features a 3.5-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating.
