Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Evansville, Wyoming, in March of 2022.

Spacious, highly customized and built to last, the insulated steel building now serves as an athletic arena and is an expansive 100’x200’x16’ when raised. A broad, column-free interior and high ceilings ensure ample room for recreation, and overhead, the metal arena features an ultra-durable gable roof with a modest 2:12 pitch.

The metal arena has (5) framed door openings providing access inside. Included are (1) 16’x14’ framed door opening, (2) 8’x10’ framed door openings, and (2) 49.25’x87.38’ framed openings for walk doors. There are also 2’6” light translucent wall panels located 13’6” above the arena’s finished floor.

An insulation package keeps the interior of the steel arena comfortable and its energy bills low.  In the roof is a 4” layer of R-13 insulation with heavy-duty WMP-VRR+ facing serving as a protective cover over the blankets.

Additional customizations include gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage, and several climate-related enhancements, including a wind speed rating of 109 mph and a roof snow load of 30-PSF.
