Serving agricultural purposes, the rugged, low-maintenance and climate-controlled metal building is comprised of ultra-durable steel components and is 40’x60’x18’ in size. High ceilings and an unobstructed interior make the building especially versatile, and a painted gable roof with a 4:12 pitch provides reliable overhead protection.

The steel farm building has (18) framed door and window openings in a variety of sizes distributed throughout. Included are (1) 10’x10’ overhead door opening, (1) 14’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x14’ overhead sectional door, (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings, (1) 5’4”x7’2” door opening and (13) framed window openings that allow natural sunlight to stream inside.

An insulation package is another noteworthy addition that keeps the building’s energy expenses low, with an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system in the roof of the farm building and an R-25 Energy Saver system installed within the walls of the building.
