Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this prefabricated metal building in Buena Vista, Colorado, in September of 2021.
Insulated and easy to erect, the metal building now undergoes use as a shop and is 30’x50’x12’ in size. It has an unobstructed, column-free interior, and overhead, it boasts a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant painted gable roof. Distributed throughout the shop are (7) framed door and window openings, among them (3) 8’x10’ overhead door openings, (1) 10’x12’ overhead door opening, (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening and (2) 3’x4’ window openings.
The roof and walls of the steel shop contain 3.5” layers of R-13 insulation, and all the insulation blankets have heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing adhered to the inward-facing side. Both shops also feature high, 68-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in consideration of the climate characteristics and building codes in place at the jobsite.
