Now functioning as a warehouse for a dog-training business, the metal building features premium-quality steel construction and is a spacious 60’x125’x16’ when constructed. A Charcoal exterior, Crimson Red architectural trim and 4’ of Galvalume wainscoting boost the metal warehouse’s curb appeal, and an ultra-durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 2:12 pitch offers protection from the elements.

The metal warehouse has a 30’x25’ roof-only enclosure that gives dogs dry, covered access to the outdoors, and there is a 5’ eyebrow along the roof-only section. The steel building also has (11) framed door and window openings let trainers, animals and natural sunlight inside. Found throughout the metal dog-training facility are (1) 16’x14’ overhead door opening, (7) 3040 window openings, (1) 6040 window opening and (2) 3070 walk door openings.

The steel warehouse has commercial-grade gutters and downspouts along its lower side, which help prevent condensation and keep the building watertight. A high, 140-mph wind speed rating and a 15-psf roof snow load equip the metal warehouse for life in Brashear while adhering to applicable building codes.
