Pre-Engineered Metal Barn in Montgomery, Texas
When a client in Montgomery, Texas, wanted a prefabricated steel building for a shop that would have a traditional, barn-like look, he asked Metal Building Outlet to supply it.
Metal Building Outlet was up to the task, of delivering this steel shop to the erection site in February 2023. Rustic Red in color with a complementing, Cool White roof and trim, the building has a clear-span design that creates a wide-open floorplan. It also features VRR+-faced R-13 fiberglass insulation in its roof and walls, which keeps interior temperatures comfortable and heating and cooling bills low.
At the client’s request, the metal shop building has gutters and downspouts along the roof to help water drain off easily. It also features high wind ratings in accordance with local building codes.
