Spacious, durable and highly customized, the steel barn is 48’x120’x12’ in size and features an open, clear span design. Sturdy and secure, the metal barn is a safe, reliable space to store animals or farm equipment, and overhead, it features a corrosion-resistant monitor-style Galvalume steel roof with mixed pitches.
The steel barn features a 2.5’ overhang along all walls that creates additional covered space, and it also has (20) framed door and window openings in several different sizes. Found throughout the metal building are (10) 5020 window openings, (1) 12’x14’ door opening, (1) 12’x12’ door opening, (7) 4080 commercial door openings and (1) 16’x10’ framed opening.
The metal barn also features straight columns instead of tapered ones and flush girts instead of bypass girts in line with the buyer’s wishes. It also boasts a 115-mph wind speed rating in compliance with local building and engineering code requirements.
