Now operating as a shop, the attractive, light stone-colored metal building offers a finished size of 22’x40’x13’. Protecting its interior against the elements is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch, and the building itself is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components.

The energy-efficient steel building also offers an insulation package, with R-19 insulation filling its roof and R-13 insulation filling its walls. The insulation keeps shop users comfortable regardless of the outside climate, and it also keeps energy bills consistently low throughout the year. Additional building features include a 25-pound snow load and a 95-mph wind speed rating, accommodations made in consideration of the weather and climate characteristics of the region, and (3) framed openings. Included are (1) 3070 opening, (2) 4’x6’ openings and (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ roll-up door.
