Standing 50’x70’x16’ when raised, the durable, low-maintenance metal building serves agricultural purposes and offers optimal structural integrity thanks to rugged, quality steel construction. A gable roof provides protection overhead, and (4) framed door openings offer easy access inside.

The agricultural building has (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings that allow large machinery and equipment in out, and it also has (2) personnel door openings enclosing (2) 3070 commercial walk doors. The metal farm building has several unique customizations, including 4’ of wainscot with trim along all four sides, and there is also a 2’ roof overhang surrounding the entirety of the building, creating additional covered space.

A 5-psf snow load and a 110-mph wind load are additional customizations that keep the steel farm building compliant with local building and engineering codes.

Located in northeastern Georgia, the town of Maysville extends into both Banks and Jackson counties. The community sits 70 miles northeast of Atlanta and about 12 miles northeast of Pendergrass.
