Metal Building in Lee, New Hampshire

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal warehouse building in Lee, New Hampshire.  This building is used as a distribution warehouse for S & J Transportation. They are a repeat customer and purchased this building in August 2012.  We were able to provide a price that was $12,000 less than a local bid.

This distribution warehouse is a large 150’x200’x27’.  The exterior walls of this building are a forest green shade. The standing seam single slope galvalume roof has a pitch of 0.5:12.

In order to maximize the energy efficiency and reduce the cost of ownership any insulation package was included which also helps maintain comfortable temperatures in the climate of southeastern New Hampshire. The roof insulation is R-35 and the walls are R-19.  In addition, the building has a wind rating of 95MPH and snow load of 42 PSF.

The steel building has seven doors and four windows.  Of the seven doors, three of them are dock doors and the remaining four are 3’x7’ walkdoors.  Natural light enters the warehouse through four 6’x3’ windows.
