Steel Building in Lebanon, Missouri

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Lebanon, Missouri, in April of 2022.

Comprised of ultra-durable, long-lasting steel components, the building functions as a shop and is 45’x62’x14’ once constructed. Overhead, it features a hardwearing Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch, and there are also gutters and downspouts along the roof, which help prevent moisture from collecting and causing condensation.

The metal shop building has (4) framed door openings that allow building users, vehicles or machinery access inside. These include (2) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (2) 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks and (2) 12’x12’ framed overhead door openings housing (2) 12’x14’ heavy-duty insulated overhead doors.

A 14-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in compliance with local building and engineering codes.
