Metal Building in Las Vegas, New Mexico

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Las Vegas, New Mexico, in October of 2021.

Durable, expansive and engineered specifically for its climate, the insulated, cold-formed metal building offers unmatched strength and durability and is 40’x120’x12’ in size. It has a clear span that eliminates the need for interior supports, and its cold-formed construction method makes it lighter to ship and easier to erect.

Ash Grey in color with complementing Forest Green trim, the steel building has ample curb appeal, and overhead, it boasts an ultra-durable steel roof. Installed in the roof is a layer of 6″ metal building insulation, while the walls of the metal building contain 4″ insulation blankets. The roof and wall insulation create a more comfortable interior environment, and they also lower energy costs.

Distributed throughout the cold-formed metal building are (4) framed door openings that will house personnel doors, and a 20-psf roof snow load and 115-mph wind load keep it in compliance with local building codes.
