This steel building was purchased in March, 2012 for use as a riding arena. Located in Elbert County about 10 miles from Elizabeth and 45 miles from Elizabeth in eastern central Colorado.
This Nucor equestrian arena features light stone walls and a galvalume roof. The finished riding arena has thirteen doors for easy accessibility. The eastern plains blizzards can be rough and this building has a wind load of 90 MPH and a ground snow load of 30 PSF to maintain compliance.
