Steel Building in Kanab, Utah

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Kanab, Utah in October of 2020.

The structure is the second building supplied to the same customer, and it serves as a lean-to attached to the gable end of an existing steel workshop. The steel lean-to offers unmatched structural integrity thanks to high-quality steel construction and stands 50’x12’x17’/16’ once raised. It also features high ceilings that enhance versatility and a broad clear span that makes the most of available floor space.

Overhead, the metal lean-to sports a heavy-duty single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch. It also features several customizations that comply with local building and engineering code requirements and boost durability given the climate characteristics of the area, including a 101-mph wind speed rating and a 25-psf roof snow load.
