Engineered to hold its own in the face of Montana’s unpredictable climate and sometimes-extreme weather patterns, the building, which operates as a shop, features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in unsurpassed durability. Once raised, it has a broad clear span and stands 44’7”x67’11”x16’ in size, and its high overhead clearance makes it particularly versatile and well-equipped for any number of different uses.

The roof of the steel shop is comprised of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels and offers a 1:12 pitch, and (5) framed openings serve as additional shop customizations. Found throughout the shop are (3) 12’x14’ overhead openings enclosing (3) 12’x14’ overhead doors and (2) 3070 walk door openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 walk doors.

In consideration of Kalispell’s mountainous location and high-altitude climate characteristics, the prefabricated metal workshop also features a high, 54-pound snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph. A gateway to the vast, scenic Glacier National Park, the city of Kalispell is a part of northwestern Montana’s Flathead County.
